My Approach
I started in Computer Science, building systems. Somewhere along the way, I became more interested in the people using them than the code behind them.
My work sits at the intersection of research, systems design, and AI. I have designed everything from a smartphone financing platform that earned United Nations recognition for inclusive digital access, to enterprise multi-cloud dashboards monitoring AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. The common thread is complexity. I take systems that are technically dense and make them usable, trustworthy, and accessible.
I am not a designer who hands off wireframes and walks away. I collaborate deeply with engineers, iterate on AI prompt logic, build information architectures for RAG-powered knowledge bases, and test with real users. Whether it is a legal AI assistant, a construction workflow platform, or a knowledge base SaaS product, research drives every decision I make.
